You have the option of joining this corporate healthcare membership plan to ensure that your everyday healthcare costs are covered from as little as £1.20 per week. Employee Membership includes dependent children who are covered free up to the age of 18 if they are in full time education and partners can be included at an additional cost. Please note that you cannot begin claiming for cash benefits until the first contribution has been deducted from your salary.
We offer AVIVA Health Care Cover to all employees immediately after successful completion of the three month probation period or during an annual joining period in January. The employee contributions are:

To help and encourage you to plan for your retirement, Cats Protection has established a Group Personal Pension (GPP) for the benefit of employees with a maximum employer contribution of six per cent of basic salary if the employee contributes a minimum of five per cent. You are eligible to join the pension scheme upon immediate commencement of employment.
You have been insured for the level of cover which represents x four your current annual basic salary. You may nominate as many or as few people as you wish to receive the benefit in the event of your death. A Death in Service nomination form was sent to you on commencement of employment. If you would like to make changes to your nomination form, please do contact Josie Gavoyannis or Emma Lines.
Employees are entitled to 25 days' annual holiday entitlement upon commencement of employment. If you are a part time employee, your holiday entitlement will be based on your contract and calculated on a pro rata basis in accordance with your hours of work. Holiday entitlement rises by one day each holiday year (1 January to 31 December) up to an additional maximum of five days.
You and your immediate family members will have access to a confidential life management and personal support service. This service can be used for: family issues, drugs and alcohol, gambling, financial, relationships, domestic abuse, insurance claims, consumer issues, debt, legal, stress, childcare, work and housing. If you have children under 16 years of age, you can register for childcare vouchers with Computer Share Voucher Services as an employee benefit. The vouchers can be used at all types of registered childcare including pre-school settings, holidays schemes and clubs, activity holidays, out of school clubs, qualifying childcare provided by schools, nurseries, playgroups, childminders, nannies, crèches and au pairs.
