Responsibilities of our Product Development Assistant:
To support the delivery of the charity’s Product Development programme, working across multiple teams within the Marketing and Income Generation directorate. The role will support the development and execution of new product development to ultimately grow income, reach and engagement for Cats Protection.
About the Strategy, Knowledge and Product Development team:
The Strategy, Knowledge and Product Development team is a dynamic group dedicated to driving insight-led product development and supporting the charity’s vision and strategy. Drawing on a range of expertise, the team works collaboratively to identify emerging opportunities, harness data-driven insights, and develop products that amplify both impact and engagement. By prioritising strategic thinking and continuous learning, they help ensure the charity remains at the forefront of animal welfare initiatives, delivering meaningful benefits to cats and the communities that care for them.

What we’re looking for in our Product Development Assistant:
Experience of using Microsoft Office- Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data for reporting purposes
Drive, enthusiasm and determination to deliver challenging projects
Experience of assisting with the organisation of projects/activities or schedules
An understanding of the principles of Product Development and Innovation
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
