Responsibilities of our Operations Partnership Manager:
Enable Cats Protection to fulfil its charitable goals, specifically to significantly build our authority & credibility with priority professional audiences to improve cat welfare
Establish, build and maintain relationships with other animal welfare charities, voluntary and community sector organisations as well as the public sector
Play a leading role in both formal and informal groups, ensuring the objectives and values of Cats Protection are amplified in a variety of environments external to the charity
Network with internal stakeholders to facilitate cross-directorate collaborative opportunities
Act as subject matter expert supporting senior leaders with partnership opportunities in their remit
About the Service Design and Partnerships team:
The team sits within the Cat Welfare and Operations Directorate and is composed of a departmental Head, three Operations Development Managers, the Neutering Advocacy Manager, and the Operations Partnership Manager.
The role of the team is twofold:
to identify and design new services and products
to identify and reach new audiences
What we’re looking for in our Operations Partnership Manager:
Partnership development experience with a track record of both new partnership acquisition and maintaining and growing existing relationships
Experience of working within the voluntary and community sector at a national level
Proven experience of leading and managing change
Ability to influence, motivate and empower others in order to reach organisational goals
Proficient IT skills, including all aspects of Microsoft Office relevant packages and knowledge of database management
Knowledge of the animal welfare sector
