Responsibilities of our Creative Officer:
The Creative Officer provides essential support to the Creative team coordinating the project briefing process, managing The Library asset management system to efficiently and effectively meet the organisation’s design, content and marketing asset needs and keeping templates on The Studio up to date.
The role also supports our goal to be financially sustainable by processing and tracking marketing expenditure for the team and providing regular data reporting. An essential first point of contact, this role is responsible for supporting internal teams by triaging and responding to queries in order to provide a creative support service.
About the Brand & Marketing department:
We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate
Our team is responsible for supporting Cats Protection’s organisational goals through enabling vital income generation activity, delivery of consistent cat welfare messaging and driving brand awareness and engagement with key audiences
We currently have a team of 27
What we’re looking for in Creative Officer:
Experience in design traffic management including workflow processes, workload planning, resource allocation and prioritisation
Experience managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) system software.
Reporting experience with recommendations for process improvements
Content and media management: experience handling images, video, documents and other digital files
Good administrative experience and a pro active communicator with internal and external stakeholders
File organisation and metadata tagging: good understanding of taxonomy, tagging and metadata best practice
Attention to detail: ability to maintain consistency in naming conventions, categorisation and version control
